Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist, Edmonton, Alberta

Join us as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist and work directly with injured Veterans in their transition from military careers to meaningful civilian employment! Successful candidates will have:

  • superior report writing skills
  • proven experience coaching and supporting clients toward their employment goals
  • a College or University degree
  • an RRP or CVRP, or are working toward it (support provided for the right candidate)
  • at least three years of experience providing exceptional employment and vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with mental, physical or psychological disabilities

Self-Serve Coordinator, Temporary (3 months), Smithers, BC

The Self-Serve Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all Clients accessing the Self-Serve area enjoy a high level of satisfaction and that all Clients are provided with a consistent, professional and welcoming environment that ensures their privacy rights are protected when utilizing the services within the Self-Serve area. The successful candidate will have:

  • knowledge of the local labour market, community resources & government programs
  • job search experience and an understanding of issues relating to unemployment
  • advanced computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office

The Claims Specialist is responsible for answering client telephone inquiries about their claims, processing claims, and invoicing Veterans Affairs Canada. This is a customer service and clerical role that will suit a detail oriented individual who is willing to learn.
