WCG Services is proud to deliver LevelUp in Calgary, Alberta. LevelUp is a 12-week, full-time, intensive and interactive supervisory skills program designed by WCG to help those who have past work experience level up into a management or supervisory position. LevelUp helps participants develop the necessary leadership skills and strategies to succeed in finding and maintaining managerial and supervisory positions.
LevelUp participants will gain the skills needed to find and maintain management and supervisory positions. The program consists of four learning stages, each with a focus on leadership skills; they include Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading in Business and Leading Edge. Topics covered vary, you can expect to learn the skills needed to manage yourself and others, as well as find and apply for employment.
LevelUp graduates are well suited for your supervisory and managerial vacancies. Graduates have completed a 12-week training program and have previous work experience. During the training program, graduates have learned leadership and management skills, including change management, project management, effective communication and HR essentials.
