We work with job seekers to provide a range of employment supports including:

One-to-one career planning
Job search advice and training
Personalized employment action plans
Skills training and development focused on current local labour market opportunities
Referrals to community supports and services
Specialized services and supports for clients from a range of backgrounds, including those with complex needs
Direct links to local employers through a range of employer services
12 months retention support once in work to ensure sustainable employment

We work with Employers to provide no cost to hire services including:

Access to job ready candidates available to start work immediately
Pre-employment screening and assessment
Hiring advice, education, and training
12 months retention support including monitoring, problem solving and issue resolution
Employer wage subsidies
Workplace assessment and modifications
