Since relocating to Canada in 2019, Michael Dunphy has served as WCG’s Vice President of Operations. Michael joined WCG’s parent company, APM Group, in 2013 and has held various senior management positions within the APM Employment Services operation in Australia.
Michael brings more than 20 years experience in senior operational roles covering the breadth of the employment sector. He has significant experience in the disability sector and has successfully empowered teams to navigate the complex and changing employment-services landscape. Michael has managed teams responsible for service design, systems development and automation, quality accreditation and contract management. Being data-informed and ensuring cross-functional collaboration have been consistent markers in Michael’s career to date.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Prosthetics and Orthotics) from La Trobe University in Melbourne, and various post-graduate qualifications in management studies. Michael thrives on the complexity of change and values empowering others to be agile and prepared for emerging opportunities.
